Laura has a vast wealth of experience having worked within the property sector for the last 12 years and can provide advice in a range of areas including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transactions involving unregistered and registered land, probate sales and assents, sales by the Trustee in Bankruptcy, remortgages and transfer of equity matters.

Laura works closely with all the Conveyancing Team at Mossop & Bowser and is ably supported at the Long Sutton Office by their secretary, Natasha Ellement.

BACKGROUND

Laura joined the firm in April 2020 in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak and has helped ensure that the firm can continue to advise clients during lockdown restrictions at what has been a very difficult time for clients, estate agents and everyone involved in the industry.
