However, if you have any queries or concerns about our work for you, or should there be any aspect of our service with which you are unhappy, and which cannot be resolved by the person dealing with your matter, you will be able to raise the matter with our client care manager Mrs Mary Dack at our Holbeach Office (01406) 422651 who will implement our internal complaints procedure. If you would like to receive a copy of our complaints procedure please contact Mrs Dack and she will be pleased to supply you with a copy. It is important that you raise any problems or concerns with us so that they can be solved quickly and efficiently. We value you and would not wish to think you have any reason to be unhappy with us.
If you are not satisfied with either our handling of any complaint you might have or the outcome of any complaint you can ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider the complaint The Legal Ombudsman is independent and has powers to resolve complaints about lawyers. Normally, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint.
We maintain compulsory professional indemnity insurance of a minimum of £2 million, each and every claim.
