Sorting out family problems can be very stressful. We aim to provide sympathetic help to resolve disagreements as amicably as possible. Our solicitors are members of the Law Society's Family Panel.

Some of the areas we can help with are as follows:-

	Relationship breakdowns - we offer advice to married and unmarried people on the breakdown of their relationship.
	Children - we can advise if there is an argument about a child, for example, where the child is to live, and what contact he or she should have with his or her parent.
	Public Law Children cases - we can advise if your family becomes involved with Social Services and court proceedings are to be started involving your children.
	Inheritance disputes - If a will is unfair it can sometimes be challenged in the courts. We can advise you if you want to query a will.
