We have a Civil Litigation Department which deals with disputes which may have to be decided by the court. In fact, many disagreements are sorted out without needing to ask the court. We always try to do this because it is cheaper for you, but if you do have to go to court we will keep your costs as low as reasonably possible.

Debt - we can collect debts for you, or advise you how to defend a debt claim. |

Negligence - if someone has caused you loss or injury you may be able to claim damages from them. |
